"The roofing job was completed in a very timely manner. They worked with me on getting the correct color of the shingles and fixed the old gutters. I requested the standing water against the side of the house be fixed. They install a drainage pipe. It has rained hard several times now, and the front yard drains without a problem. Everything was done in a timely manner. I also request a walkway be installed. All my neighbors have commented on how well the house looks. They did an excellent job, and the cleanup was great. "The repair went very well! It was done with precision to every crack. My house is over 150 years old. The mortar was gone. The outside and inside walls were repaired, then checked and checked again. "I had what started out as a minor leak in my hallway and placed a call to Sean from Rain and Shine Masonry and Construction to see if he could take a look. Unexpectedly, he contacted me immediately and was at my house the very next day (the only 1 of 3 companies I contacted to respond). Sean found a major issue with my roof that needed immediate attention. He spent time fully explaining the issue and what he recommended be done; he showed me photos and videos (and even samples of the damage), and together, we agreed on a plan. With all the heavy rains expected, Sean was genuinely concerned that more water would get into the house and committed to starting just a couple of days later. His crew arrived right on time, Sean communicated with me throughout the entire process, the crew stayed on schedule, and my yard was cleaned up so well that you would never have guessed they were there!

"Our house's cinder block foundation is leaky in key spots, and the recent monsoons meant some water got inside the house. Sean came out to inspect and quote. The plan was to remove a French drain to dig a trench, waterproof the foundation and then put the French drain back. The price was reasonable, plus he guarantees his work, so that made us feel comfortable. His crew, led by Hector, started work a week later by moving the French drain and digging a 5-6' deep trench around the offending area. They stuccoed and then waterproofed the foundation. When a couple of issues came up (as they always seem to in-house repair), Sean came over, assessed, and explained the situation, and we agreed on the best way to proceed... and they carried on without missing a beat. Post-job care was good too, as a few days after they were done, we had an issue with settling, which caused the drain pipe to disconnect from the French drain. Sean and Hector came out to take a look, and they put it right that day."

"Sean and his team performed multiple repairs on my 50-year-old property, including extensive excavation and foundation waterproofing and the installation of French drains to divert water from one side of my house. During an inspection of the foundation, we also found there was serious water damage to the siding that uncovered issues from water on my roof, requiring rafter repairs and all that went with that process. All work was completed to my satisfaction. I was pleased enough to request two additional work orders to install a cement drive and install two skylights on my roof. Every phase of the work was explained in full detail. Sean is very attentive and responds immediately when contacted for questions or any unforeseen issues. His team worked very hard and were very respectful during the entire process, which took about five weeks to complete."
